By accessing or using the Promptfy app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the Service

Promptfy provides teleprompter functionality for video recording. Advanced PRO features include 4K recording, gesture controls, and adjustable scrolling speed.

2. Subscriptions

Promptfy offers weekly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled by you via your account settings.

3. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Promptfy app in accordance with these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
• Respect copyright and privacy when recording content.

5. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Promptfy after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Promptfy be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
