By accessing or using the Promptfy app and backend services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Promptfy provides teleprompter, video production, and AI-assisted creation tools, including AI script generation, text-to-speech, voice cloning, dubbing, background removal, and subtitles. Some features require an active subscription and/or credits and are processed on our cloud backend.
Promptfy offers Starter, Pro, and Studio subscription plans on monthly and annual billing periods, and consumable credit packs. Existing subscribers on the legacy Pro plan keep that plan and its original benefits until they choose to change it. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple ID settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Credit packs are consumable and non-refundable except as required by law. Deleting your Promptfy account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
You retain ownership of the scripts, recordings, voices, and other content you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI and media subprocessors). You are responsible for having the rights to any content and voice you upload, and for complying with the terms of platforms you share to.
You may only create a voice clone from a voice you own or are authorized to use. You must not use AI features to impersonate others, create misleading or unlawful content, or violate any third party's rights. AI output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
We may update these Terms and the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptfy is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
